Basic Challenge Requirements

  • The 90 Day Challenge will begin when you a ready to start
  • Exercise a min of 5 days per week totaling 6 hours, 4 hours at MSSC
  • Follow the nutrition guidelines provided by your trainer
  • Report nutrition and exercise
  • Attend required evaluations
  • Above all, make this challenge a priority and commit to a healthier lifestyle!

 

Starting Requirements

  • Complete Paperwork
  • Review of Challenge Program
  • Payment Due (3 month installment plans available through bank draft)
  • Take Before Pictures (please wear or bring tight-fitting, solid, and light colored clothing)
  • *Initial Measurements Assessment
  • Initial Weight Assessment
